Ted Cruz lashed out at Donald Trump.
Well, I will say, it is striking that the day after Donald Trump called for America weakening NATO withdrawing from NATO we see Brussels, where NATO is headquartered, the subject of a radical Islamist terrorist attack. Donald Trump is wrong that America should withdraw from the world and abandon our allies. Donald Trump is wrong that America should retreat from Europe, retreat from NATO, hand Putin a major victory and while hes at it, hand ISIS a major victory.

I watched the clip; he lied about Trump’s statements regarding NATO. He said Trump wants to leave Nato. Trump did not say that. How is that not a lie?
[paid shills]
Yep.
[Cruz is jumping the shark...]
He’s sailed over the ramp, over the ring, outta the water and is 1,000 miles away. That shark was jumped long ago, especially with the Chicago thingy.
I’m reading what a cold calculating ambitious SOB Cruz is and how he methodically and calculatingly tried to blame Trump for an ISIS terror attack.
...
Well said. I was neutral until Cruz sold out to the establishment a couple of weeks ago. He’ll say or do anything to satisfy his ambition, which is the main reason I didn’t like Rubio since the Gang of 8.
Is that a quote? Sheesh, you cannot be serious with this crap. NATO is an outdated, outmoded bloated organization. When one of its member states, the Islamofascist Turkey is a greater threat to the West than its supposed adversary Russia, you know something is wrong.
Cruz is a complete sleaze.
Yes, he spent a few seconds blaming the radical leftist protestors and then several minutes blaming Trump, the victim. All the time, he never bothered to defend Trump’s Constitutional rights to free speech. Very telling.
I am disappoin-ted...
Ted isn't an American, not really...
Cruz is right on Clinton and Cruz. Man up Trumptards and stop acting like Social Justice Warriors. Or do you leftists need a saferoom?
As stated elsewhere, Cruz was drawing a distinction between his view in an aggressive foreign policy, and Trump’s view that leans more toward isolationism. That’s it. He was not blaming Trump for anything, as other posters/stories have suggested, nor was he bashing him.
Also as stated elsewhere, I lean toward agreeing with Trump’s position.
....soooooo don’t donate and don’t watch. Go grab your blanky for comfort.
BINGO
+1
You'll go with it's a policy statement, i.e. NOT assessing blame, but then...
Any rational person would look at his words and conclude that Cruz is saying that Donald Trump's policy about NATO led to the attack on Brussels.
Noting the use of the word, "any", any rational person who listens to the audio will hear a statement on policy differences. Only an irrational person would think Cruz thinks the terrorists somehow decided Trump's statements less than 12 hours before warranted an attack. Cruz doesn't think this, and didn't say this, either.
Based on the seemingly conflicting ideas from the first sentence to the second, in which side of the rationality spectrum can I conclude you've occupied?
And on a personal note, I've seen you post on various topics for years and never had a WTF moment. What is it about Trump vs. Cruz that has caused your reasoning to slip?
Cruz is pathetic. End of story. When Trump wins the nomination he shouldn’t hire him as the bathroom janitor. What a loser. He started going downhill the minute he took on crazy Beck as his campaign director.
Cruz is your typical neocon. They love neverending war. That’s one of the main reasons Trump is despised.
Why, thank you for that SaveFerris, and here you go, Liberty Tree Surgeon:
DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL.
