Take the human intellect out of the question. In the dog world, for example, are Labradors indistinguishable from Finnish Spitz? They don’t look, act, or even sound alike, and those characteristics have nothing to do with their environment. No one would argue that the two aren’t equally dogs, and no one would claim one wouldn’t have an advantage in a certain situation.
The author has never heard of The Bell Curve (1994).
Yes, a lot of people are fond of saying “race is a social construct” nowadays, but that doesn’t mean that is all that race is. Forensic pathologists can look at a skull and tell you the person’s race because it is a real, physical thing, not just a “social construct”.
It sure would screw up the crime channel if it were true.
