I’m making cornflake-crusted chicken, 2 kinds of rice, sweet potatoes and a salad. Since the time change, we eat late - it’s too nice to be inside. I’m practicing with recipes for my spice business. I’m not happy with my Spanish rice, so I keep adjusting. Hubby is my guinea pig.
