I’ve been in that gorgeous building (The Old Post Office, D.C.). That’s where the Congress Bells are housed. Just amazing.
I remember going into that Old Post Office building in my adolescence when it was still a working post office. The outside of the building was grimy, covered with black soot from car exhausts. In the 70s-80s, cities begain power-washing all the greasy soot off their buildings after car emissions controls had been improved.
Because I am an outsider and I don't take their money. The donors are gamblers in a certain sense (so have affinity for those they can bet on).

No, I don't think it means that. I think we'll do okay in Utah, but it is not a state wel planned to get.
