I find it highly improbable that Hillary Clinton committed no crimes in setting up her own server.

I find it highly likely that prosecutorial immunity was granted because real evidence of criminal activity was exchanged for the immunity.

I find it likely that the evidence of criminal activity adduced by the immunity will be directed not just at Hillary's subordinates but at Hillary herself.

I find it likely that the FBI will recommend prosecution of Hillary and her subordinates on the issue of misapplication of federal records and probably on self-dealing respecting the Clinton Foundation.

I have no opinion whether Loretta Lynch will act favorably on this recommendation. I have no opinion whether President Obama will direct Attorney General Lynch to move to indictment.

I think it is more likely than not that the either the director of the FBI or many subordinate officers will leak the contents of their recommendation and somewhat less likely that many will resign in protest if the administration fails to indict.

It is likely in the wake of such a scenario that the Republicans will call for a special prosecutor, which the president will resist, and a special prosecutor will not be appointed.

Even money that the Republicans will have to settle for an election issue rather than a prosecution.

I agree with most of your assessment.

The issue will be the severity of the charges. It is possible that the the charges will be so severe that the Obama administration will find it less damaging to charge PIAPS than to deal with the fall out of not charging her.

At some point the issue will grow to suck all of the oxygen out of the media. This is a scandal beyond everything seen before. This will be Obama’s enduring legacy when it hits the media. I have no doubt it will. It cannot be contained. With Clinton’s aides on schedule to be subpoenaed in May more and more information will be made public.

There’s going to be a growing crescendo of dumped details not only from Judicial Watch as the federal judge signs the subpoenas but also from Guccifer’s testimony.

If Trump wasn’t running I wouldn’t expect the uniparty to use the issue. With Trump in the picture, it will be a major campaign issue. At some point due to the magnitude of the betrayal, Clinton will be offered a Petraeus deal.

That is Clinton’s blue pill after which she will retire for medical reasons which preclude her prosecution and running for president. A pardon will cinch the deal.

The red pill will be administered if the blue pill is not swallowed. That will be take place extra judicially.

Far better than even money. That Hillary won't be prosecuted is the safest bet to make.
