As Rush said this morning, the newsies are ignoring Cruz and lauding Kasich this week.
Ironically, a few months ago, Kasich was complaining because HE wasn’t getting enough newsie coverage, so people didn’t really know who he was. At least, that was the excuse he gave in interviews for his low poll numbers.

Ted knows better. He knows that if he was in Trump’s shoes now that he’d say, “Why do we need another debate? Everyone knows my views and positions, and everyone knows Mr. Trump’s. There’s no positive result, and if it ends up being a big argument like 2 of the other debates, all of us will end up looking bad. You want a debate, fine - but I won’t be there.”
But he’s trailing, so he NEEDS the debate. Trump doesn’t, and everyone knows both of those things.
Of course, after 50 freakin’ debates we really need one more... {yawn}
