Not so easy... the case has yet to be heard on merits.
Also... the senate is where it will be settled. not the courts... just as it was with McCain... and the test they applied to McCain???... Cruz and Rubio would fail.
I think we are good with the EC. The Senate vote for McCain was a show vote.
