Yes I see he did by Judge Pellegrini, who is a Democrat I found out. Could be he didn't want to knock out Ted just yet, because he wants it ruled negatively for him when it really counts.

In Illinois, Judge Maureen Ward Kirby of the Cook County Circuit Court dismissed the complaint brought by Lawrence Joyce, because he failed to properly serve Cruz and members of the Illinois State Board of Elections as required by law.

In New York, judge David Weinstein, did not address the suit's concern that Cruz is not eligible to run for president due to his birth in Canada, instead throwing out the case because the challenge was filed after the deadline to raise issues with the candidate.

In Florida, Broward County Circuit Court Judge John Bowman dismissed the case on procedural grounds, saying Voeltz should have sued the Florida secretary of state's office, which has the authority to take candidates off the ballot.

Bottom line, this case is far from being resolved. But you are correct, he did get a positive ruling from a Democrat judge in Pa.

If Trump and Cruz unite no way Cruz would lose this legal battle.

I am chagrined that the PA case did get some sort of jurisdiction /standing.
