Last year he said he would have, but that might have also been because he knew it wouldn’t get to his desk. Otter has been lock step with eGOP and NRA who opposed Constitutional Carry in Idaho last year.

Yeah, Otter almost got primaried last time around. Worked hard to try to win that one. He needs to keep his strong second amendment front to keep his supporters behind him.
