Breitbart is not suing him. They gave both Fields and Benny the opportunity to resign rather than be fired because it was shown they were liars. Two others also were shown the door.

If you think those people that have left were “given an opportunity to resign rather than be fired,” you’re very gullible. If they were fired, they’d be free to work anywhere else without any worry about a non-disparagement clause or non-compete clause in their contracts, and there would be no cease and desist letters coming from Breitbart as there are now telling them to stop speaking about the incident. It would have been far more convenient for them to be fired, if leaving Breitbart to go somewhere else were their motivation.

The third video clearly shows Lewandowski grabbing Fields and yanking her backwards so that she stumbles, just as she said. One can support Trump without believing that Lewandowski is a saint. He’s a liar who should have just apologized to her for what he did.

Has Breitbart issued an apology to Corey Lewandowski?

If they did, I missed it.

Has Breitbart disavowed/repudiated the actions of Fields and/or Shapiro?

If they did, I missed it.

Absent these two actions, they are as much at fault as the players who were in their employ at the time of the falsely claimed incident.
