He’s talking about the UNDERclass, not the working class. The issues are family breakdown, illegitimacy, drug and alcohol abuse, and apathetic acceptance of life on the dole. The same problems that beset the black underclass. No difference.

Percent of recipients who are Hispanic 15.7 %

Percent of recipients who are Asian 2.4 %
