Palestinian Christians are being persecuted & some dying under the occupation of the Israeli government. And Arab “Jews” are second class citizens, often persecuted for the color of their skin and the fact that they will not change their last name from an Arabic sounding name to a Hebrew sounding name. In fact, one of the Israeli Arab Jews was killed last year because someone mistook him for an Arab Palestinian.

The immigration laws of Israel are “Jus sanguinis” (people ancestrally from there can return) and are the same as Iceland, Norway, Russia, and basically every country on Earth. I’ve never figured out why Israel’s jus sanguinis laws are so controversial.

I think you mean Arab Christians in Israel. Actually, Arab Christians in Israel have the highest level of education and income of any class of people in Israel. They are free to practice their religion (unlike in surrounding countries), full citizens, and, in fact, are so pleased to be living in Israel they demanded to be subject to the DRAFT in Israel (as are the Druze and a number of others).
If you mean Arab Christians living in Muslim-controlled territories of Israel (e.g., parts of Judea and Samaria), then, yes, they are terrorized and second class citizens under Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. They are fleeing for Israel proper and the USA in large numbers. The same is happening to Egyptian Coptic Christians in Egypt and I personally assisted many that were doctor friends of Mrs. Jewbacca to flee and establish medical practices in Israel and the USA.

I am not sure what an “Arab Jew” is. I think you mean Mizrahim, which are Jews expelled from Arab/Muslim countries during the ethnic cleansing by those countries of their Jewish population.
They are citizens like anyone else and well-integrated. In fact, they make up the majority of Israeli Jewish citizens. My eldest daughter married a lovely Mizrahim she met in the IDF.
They are, as a group, less well-off, but that was primarily a factor of they fled to Israel ~50 years ago with nothing but the clothes on their backs. It takes a generation for that kind of economic and social catastrophe to resolve. They are experiencing the highest growth in income and education of any group — but they did start from zero, so they have to catch up.

And FYI, to return somewhere, you must have physical proof that your family actually possessed the land. The Hebrew Scriptures are not a legal documents and for the most part, other than the cohen (and even they too have mixed over the years), no Israeli knows which tribe they are actually from or for that matter, who's family was originally proselytized and who's came by it naturally through blood. But almost all land in Israel was purchased, at fair market value, from the legal owners prior to the creation of the modern state of Israel.
