I think it’s desperation.
Cruz is effectively dead if he loses Ohio and Florida tomorrow.
I’m in Ohio, and there’s no way that I’ll vote him.
Ted loses Ohio and he loses Florida.
Thats it. His internals are not good. So they start doing this.
His original target voters have ditched him, so he's trolling for votes in more liberal waters now.
