After all, if it's a trial rather than a debate, one has to be represented. Right now the moderators have all the rights, they can enter the debate and argue with candidates, present evidence carefully selected to make their point, then have every news channel back them up.

Even if they do slam him all night by not showing up, by this time the American people have built up a tolerance to the crap thrown at us by the establishment candidates and the Mainstream Media. We have heard about everything. We know the agenda behind it; we know where they’re coming from.
He doesn’t need to lower himself to that level any more and be the victim of their feeding frenzy. Rise above it.
If he doesn’t show up, their viewership will be in the toilet and who will notice if they slam him. They would have to spend the whole night hugging, and holding hands while they skipped through the tulips. I guess they could put an empty chair there, but that has been done before. And Clint is a whole lot sexier than anyone at Fox News.
