Yes, Sarah gave a short speech. My guess is that she either had time before a plane that she could catch back to Alaska or Trump was flying one down from NY or Palm Beach for her. I read that she had been on the phone with doctors and family all morning.

Some in our reliable media have referred to her as the Attorney General in Florida, and some say the Lt Governor.
Either way, it's a good thing, although she certainly waited until it's pretty much in the bag. Some say she has her eye on the Governor's race, and sees which way the wind in blowing in Florida.

I think the fact that Sarah was able to stop by at the rally speaks to Todd’s injuries, perhaps being not as serious as first thought or reported, otherwise- she would have already been on a flight home.
