Hard to make sense of that survey, I just don’t believe there an be that many “undecideds,” but Trump probably needs to re-check his stats.

I saw another Pew Poll, that specifically gave more numbers on the US. You can get to it from the first poll. The 27% is there for several countries and several continents, but specifically for the US it ranges from 11% to 23% on a variety of issues. The numbers however are 63,000 reviewed not 600, so in that regard he is correct. He said If I remember correctly or I think I read, so, they can crucify him on the exact numbers, but the numbers in the Poll are much, much, higher than they reported.

I'm not a Trump supporter but agree with much of what he says, including that regarding muslims. The Pew survey does not address the threat, it addresses one & only one specific group.
ISIS is an immediate regional threat in the mid-east and a potential threat to Europe's Mediterranean shores. Add to that the fact that ISIS isn't looking for anyone's approval (fear works quite well) and the survey result is very misleading to those of us in the west.
If Pew had worded the question otherwise (or maybe they did include better questions that have not seen media favor), it would address "moderate muslims" attitude toward Sharia versus constitutional democracy. Ask their attitude toward converts to Judaism or Christianity. Then ask if they would consider taking some or any actions to advance Sharia beyond it's present borders and in non muslim countries accepting them as immigrants.

The real threat is not a rampaging ISIS in Nottingham, Camels crossing the Alps, or an Islamic Red Dawn. The threat is that the "moderates" don't consider it extreme to undermine and replace other existing religious and social structures with islam.
