I respect, but disagree with your assessment, this is no time to be nice. Our enemies are playing for keeps, and just waving the Constitution at this point isn’t going to work against them.
I would jail the head of the Department of Justice, then begin the grand Jury on Congressional corruption and malfeasance in Obama’s rule by Fiat.
