I just found that to be a curious statement in light of the back and forth going on—which, correct me if I’m wrong—you were addressing.
So, I cannot help but ask again, are you saying that the people here—arguing with savedbygrace—are dumbed down and having little respect for constructive debate?
And to be clear, I do think that is a low blow accusation for those people arguing with savedbygrace this morning.
In fact, I saw/see it as just the opposite.
We all need to be aware our words sometimes can give away both our praise and contempt for others. The hate* is not some separate thing from the “others”, but part of us all.
*Hate: How I hate that word! It is more accurate to say mean, as in to be mean, or rude, or inconsiderate.
I do not like convolution, false analogy, and other disingenuous lawyer tricks with the English language, but rather plain speak.
I know what I hear (see) and will take notice.
I thought you would refuse to debate honestly and support your false claims with facts and evidence. Once again, I am correct.
3/13/16 If Donald Trump is whipping his supporters up into a hate filled frenzy then Trump supporters would be going to Sanders, Rubio, Cruz, Clinton rallies to disrupt them, to confront their supporters, to shut them down, to punch them out, to yell and scream so they can’t speak! Could we please see all the video of that? No we can’t. Because Trump supporters have not engaged in that kind of behavior. At this point the violence and confrontation has all come from the other side, from leftist organizations, from Berine Sanders supporters (who have publicly bragged about organizing the Chicago confrontation), from moveon.org, blacklivesmatter, and f**k the cops. So far, none of the Trump supporters have been able to post links to facts and evidence that proves my statements are incorrect. If that qualifies for a zot, then so be it.
There was one Trump supporter who replied by explaining his statement. I re-read his statement, saw that I had misinterpreted itt, and immediately posted a reply admitting that I misinterpreted, and apologized. He replied and accepted my apology.
Other than that, zero.
I totally disagree with savebygrace. It is impossible to argue with certain people who want to be right all the time. I tend to walk away after spending too much time, without reaching an understanding. What they think they are not going to change. Why waste time trying to reach certain people. When I was younger, I was a little bit liberal. Now, I am very conservative. It took me a long time to become a true conservative. Trump is the best candidate. I have met him and believe he will be a great President.
My one and only comment was to show that the FReeper accusing everyone else of lying was doing so him/her/itself.

You’re absolutely correct. That’s why I hate posts that say “Trumpbots do this”, or “Cruzoids do this”, etc. And usually, definitive words like “Always”, “Only”, “Never” are used in them, to.
That sounds like my ex-wife. “You ALWAYS leave your socks on the floor, and NEVER pick them up!” or “You NEVER take me anywhere!” “We never go out anymore like when we were dating!” (Yeah, we lived in the city then; now, 15 years later, we live far out in the suburbs, have three kids, and work all day and are exhausted. Anyway, I did not see much disrespect this morning as I’ve seen on other threads, and I do TRY to be on the lookout for that. I even had some nasty things in my posting window that I deleted before posting. WE ALL need to watch for that, myself included especially—since I’ve publically called for civility.

There could be a civil war in this country. The Democratic Party continues to fan the flames of hatred. Each side will become angry, even within forums and families. I always think, what would Christ do or say? This is best forum for reasonable people. I learn a lot in here. So I check posts everyday for at least an hour. It is helped to stay informed. The post during the debates have been very helpful to choose the best candidate in the primaries. We need to get ready for the fights to come in the General Election in November. A lot could happen between now and November.

Nope. I have been posting legitimate fact based posts in an attempt at honest debate. So far, none of the Trump supporters have posted links to any facts and evidence that honestly refutes what I have been posting.Many have replied with posts that try to change the subject or respond to something I have not posted. Some have resorted to ad hominem attacks. I have not posted anything that I have not supported with facts and evidence.
I have expressed my opinion that Trump argues similarly to the way that Obama argues, and that many Trump supporters argue similarly to that. Those people I have named Trumpbots, which in my opinion is accurate.
That does not agree with your claim that I am a troll.
I recognize that Jim Robinson is a Trump supporter, but I do think I have violated any of the forum rules.
