Cruz engages in hate speech as defined by the left, should he be shut down too? I guess you think he and anyone else who engages in inflammatory rhetoric should be silenced, is that right? Where is your line?

No, Trump is not responsible for USSR flag waving commies violently attacking his rally. Don’t expect any support from Trump supporting conservatives when it happens to Cruz. What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.

By drawing that false conclusion, you are demonstrating that you have a low level of reading comprehension, have poor logic skills, or are a Trump propagandist. Or more than one of those.

But let’s discuss your apparent opinion that the solution for someone who violates your free speech rights is to commit violence against them. Please explain why you think that is a legitimate and legal and constitutionally correct solution. Enlighten us.

Why doesn’t the Democratic Mayor do something to protect Trump?

Funny you should mention that. Cermak Street in Chicago is named after Anton Cermak, who was the Mayor of Chicago when he was shot while standing next to Franklin Roosevelt in Miami, shortly before Roosevelt was inaugurated in 1933. Wikipedia thinks Cermak might have been the target, but what I learned in school a long time ago was that the shooter was a Puerto Rican separatist who was aiming at Roosevelt.

So that is the one documented story about a Chicago mayor doing something to protect a President. And it was either by mistake, or just a coincidence.

Cruz did NOT say that. He said Trump was responsible for creating an environment where his supporters thought it was approved for them to commit violence against protesters during Trump speeches.

In the late 60's and early 70's, sixteen Western Illinois Counties staged a mock secession movement. The new state would've named "Forgottonia". It all came about because that section of the State had been woefully overlooked for transportation and infrastructure development. It still is to some extent.

If you take away Cook County (Chicago); and Madison County (St. Louis suburb county), Illinois would be a red state. In 2010, Republican Bill Brady from downstate Bloomington carried 98 of the 102 Illinois Counties and still lost the Governor race to Chicago Democrat Pat Quinn.

You must be reading words that were not in my post.

I wrote that by drawing that false conclusion YOU were demonstrating one or more of three things. You did it to yourself.

I really think RUsh has been fair and balanced for a couple of weeks now.
If you if you want to look real close he’s doing more in depth on each candidate now which may appear to be biased from one person to another but its really not.
I think he’s OK on the objectivity trail now

Karl Bernstein on CNN is calling Trump a neo-fascist, authoritarianism, incitement, nativist, bigoted. He urges the press to examine Trump in light of this new American kind of fascism. Fairly incendiary charge. CNN is all-in on firing up the leftists and others against Trump.

Next up, "We do have a demagogue, but the media has discredited itself, so now we have to calm down, and report things accurately and calmly."

Moderator brings up the claim that person who rushed the stage had ties to ISIS, which is a false claim (says the press), and asks what should the press do to correct Trump. Moderator argues that even bringing up a hoax lends credence to it. LOL. Pinheads.

Moderator misses the point about discredited media, says that websites (other than CNN and NYT) put out lies, unlike (implied) CNN which only puts out truth.

Bernstein back, very firm on labeling Trump a fascist, and deserving of comparison to history of fascists. "We need truth, real investigative reporting, etc." Washed-up hack.

You are mixing up two entirely different things. Trump was telling his supporters to commit violence. Cruz has been telling the truth about immigration and race relations, which the liberals hate, but he has not been telling people to commit violence.

But please explain why you don’t think that Trump, by telling his followers to commit violence and then claiming he doesn’t condone violence, is NOT like Obama doing the same thing. Enlighten us.

Without a TV this AM.
Has Trump taken the MSM to the woodshed, over MSM’s collective failure to get the details on the Burnie supporter??

100,000 is laughable. Poll after poll show that Muslims favor physical violence against anyone who defames the Prophet or even shows a picture of him.

I find it amusing that Hillary can credit a video with causing the deaths of our personnel in Benghazi and attacks against our diplomatic missions throughout the ME and around the world yet there are only 100,000 violent Muslims? The Danish cartoons, Charlie Hebdo, the cheering and celebrating crowds in the streets throughout the ME after 9/11 etc. show much broader support for radical Islamic terrorism.

The guerrilla must move amongst the people as a fish swims in the sea.
