Are all the states on Tuesday “winner take all”? No. The Northern Marianas Islands, Ohio and Florida are. IL is kind of weird. It's direct election of delegates by CD where you may be able to split your vote. Winner takes all for the remainder of the delegates. Missouri is Winner Take All by Congressional District, where you get 5 instead of the usual 3 delegates per district. The remainder are winner take all statewide. North Carolina is straight proportional where each 1.39% of the vote gets you a delegate.

IL& OH have separate voting for individual delegates at the CD level. Winner those places gets all at large delegates.
