People like Fields, who lie at others expense thus causing them to court, etc. should be brought up on charges when found to have lied. The losers get their 15 minutes of fame on the news but fail to “pay” for the damage they brought on another innocent person(s). Put their asses in jail or tag them with a heavy fine. Too much of that kind of crap going on all the time with ANY repercussion.
