Did this piece of crud actually get up on the platform...and did he then tug at Mr. Trump's pant leg as some reports have stated?

Did this piece of crud actually get up on the platform...and did he then tug at Mr. Trump's pant leg as some reports have stated?

I didn't see that in any of the video I saw, but hard to see everything in videos. He did get his hand on the stage though.

I have TIVO. I was watching the Rally on C-SPAN so I backtracked several times and I think I could see his hand near the platform (stage) but actually couldn’t get a clear view.
