This is COMPLETLY constitutional. If you are saying that those who agree with the ruling don’t understand the constitution, you are wrong.
This may be Constitutional from a States Rights point of view. But did the Ohio Judge interpret law or re-write state law? If the state has law saying what the legal age of voting is, who is the judge to change that?
