A lot of this is a red herring so the people can be convinced that it was all an “error” in judgment where a “few” secret documents wound up on an inappropriate server, but, after all, no harm was done.
About half of the emails, over 30,000 were deleted before they were handed over to State. THAT was the point of maintaining a private server.
Any deals Clinton struck on behalf of funds going to the Clinton Foundation could be sequestered and kept from public scrutiny.
That's what I keep saying and asking about... the 30,000 that were deleted but some FReepers have told me that they have the server, and that deleted, is not the same as erased... and that the FBI had made inroads to recover them. Those are the ones I'm most interested in, what was she trying to hide... how many have they been able to recover? Because to your point, THAT was the point of having the private server in the first place.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Willful destruction of evidence is a crime in itself.
More like a defiant, "Dammit! don't you know who I am??!!?? I do what I effing please! 'delete... delete... delete..."
And the Fat Cow didn't have a clue...
