You asked in your original post where the debate would be, and how you could watch it.
In our household, we have seen almost all of these debates on YouTube. We ‘cut the cord’ on cable over a year ago, and only get network ‘through-the-air’, and whatever we can get through Roku.
Several of the debates we’ve caught on YouTube - probably pirated, because routinely, about 3/4 through, we lose the feed - sometimes there has even been a message indicating that the feed was cut due to copyright issues.
It seems to me that all of these debates, whatever party, ought to be freely available to everyone who has even the most basic television/radio/computer access.
(There may be radio access - we haven’t looked into that - but in this day, visuals are important.)
I think it ought to be made a law, that all Americans can have free access to these debates in their entirety.

Jake is an A-hole. Let’s talk about the issues that Obama, Hillary, and Bernie promote that are ruining this country, not about some guy that punches a protester. Journalism has continued to sink to a ever a lower level. Does Jake ask Hillary about all of her crooked deals, phoney fundraising, illegal activities and how that degrades the country? Hell no.
Cruz says “we need to respect the people”. Does he mean all of us dumb Trump voters?
But at least we can all agree that Kasich is crazy.

I think he would love it. Honestly. Trump could give him a lot of autonomy, and I think Cuban government would hate Rubio. That is how you make a deal.

Someone would give reporters a dictionary. The word strong does NOT necessarily mean “good” at all.
Someone would say there is NOT a scientific consensus re global so-called warming. Not scientific. No consensus.
Would say, by definition, Islam hates us...period. They hate everyone and everything that is not Islam.
Gotcha from Tapper...rattling off “incidents” at Trump rallies. Trump turns it around beautifully to support the police. Trump points out that “bad actors” happen to show up...and thanks police for what they do.
