Doesn’t sound like an official endorsement. I imagine Dr Carson will wait a while but for now it’s good news for Trump who’s been pummeled all week. When/if he officially endorses, it will probably be at a joint presser with Trump (similar to Gov. Christie).
I don't think Carson can turn his delegates over. He can make his feelings known and recommend that they support Trump but I don't think he can make them.
