Rubio will be gone soon, and Romney is waiting for a coronation. Trump is funding his own campaign, so that leaves only Cruz to fund the vast number of GOPe hangers on. They will probably take down Cruz from the inside by the sheer weight of their own greed.
Is he arrogant enough to think his becoming President is so important that he should sacrifice important principles to get there? Now it makes sense that Cruz and John Roberts were good friends.
