Not if all the establishment types were ousted, forced out by term limits. At some point the cancer should get purged it seems to me. Maybe not right away but sooner or later. It's A solution not THE solution. One of many that I think could help.

If you are looking for a sufficient number of establishment types to be ousted, and not replaced by clones (remembering that establishment types can be very deceptive when running for office, and the establishment knows very well what voters are looking for), I think that you are looking for the political equivalent of an 80-game hitting streak. Most establishment types who are ousted will simply be replaced by other establishment types, and term limits will accomplish nothing.
