Well I know what you mean, but there’s no such thing as “crony capitalism.” Only unconstitutional government corruption involved in unconstitutional bribery with private business. The feds are bound by the Constitution, private business is not. The real answer is to enforce the Constitution against the feds.
Business does nothing wrong by going where profits are maximized. That’s the job of business. It the GOVERNMENT that is illegal and unconstitutional in offering favors to business in exchange for money. It is GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION, nothing more, nothing less.
Lol, Cruz will take Mississippi the same way he took Alabama and Georgia.
It doesn’t matter what Trump’s motives are. This is a once in a lifetime chance to stop the establishment. They’ve made it clear they’ll take Cruz, Kasich, or Rubio but won’t allow us to choose Trump.
It’s now or never, them or us.
For those saying that the polls can’t be trusted because Cruz did better than projected on Saturday need to remember that Cruz performs best in closed caucuses and (to a lesser degree) closed primaries and polling in those kinds of elections (caucuses) are very unreliable. However, polls in open primaries (which MI and MS are) have proven much more reliable. That’s why I’m expecting the Donald to do pretty well tonight - at least in those 2 states.
The whole combination is telling me, to use the old axiom, "When you're taking Heavy Flak, you Know you're Over the Target." The outrageous just Off the Charts response against Trump is telling me they Really fear him as a true change agent in Washington D.C.
Even his signature moniker bugs them, "Make America Great Again." They don't want it to be great, they want it destroyed so it can hurry up and join the One World Socialist Government. . . (I digress, but I think the reason they are so against Trump is they know Hillary will, over eight years, administer the Coup de Grace to America. . and they're in a hurry after seeing Obama's success.)
Well elites, to Hell with That. We Love America and are going to fight like hell to save our Sacred Republic. Now that you've shown your true colors to every Patiotic American, we're awake, we're steaming mad and we have Just Begun to Fight!
My wife and I will be voting for Trump today here in Idaho.
Where in Idaho are you Art? I am originally from Oregon but spent a considerable amount of time in the great state of Idaho.
Exactly! That should help the "Late Deciders" decide today. . Hoping for a big media backfire today.
Post turnout, heavy, light?
I love that area from Coeur d’Alene up to Sandpoint.
I could be wrong.
Yup, from Coeur d'Alene to the Canadian border is just amazing. Love Sandpoint.
I voted in mid-michigan about 10:30 am and voted for Trump. The precinct was not crowded, most there were oldsters. Probably 50/50 black/white.
Driving around this morning I saw a half dozen Trump yard signs, 2 for Bernie.
Whoever wins becomes the establishment. Plus they inherit all the current establishment's baggage. Whoever your guy is, whoever wins, I hope he's not the dog who caught the bus that going over the cliff.
I am a little pessimistic about the status of our elections going forward(I don’t trust them) and that is reflected in my numbers. I hope I am wrong. I agree with ID Cruz and HI Rubes. They won’t want Cruz to get too many delegates either. I know this is crazy but I think they will give Kasich the win in MI.
That’s right. Ted is now aligned with the GOP establishment. He’s been aligned with them since he worked for the George Bush administration.
With Cruz we get the best of both worlds.
1) Cruz is just enough of an insider to get their money.
2) But Cruz is enough of a conservative to not give them their way.
= MAJOR screw job for the GOPe - a GOOD thing.
