Facts that can help when arguing with moonbats about Trump. They'll eventually bring this nonsense up so here we have it. Knock em back with this info !
Trump instinctually knows how to not be taken advantage of in business. He will use this advanced and intuitive skill set when running the country.
The man is a patriot and is going to save America from a Hillary Clinton tyranny.
I took classes and got a license.
Problem was I couldn’t sell.
I didn’t go running to sue the school.
Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
I googled it. According to the BBB, Trump University is not currently rates as the believe the company to be out of business.
So which is it?
Donald claims an A rating.
The BBB says no rating because it is defunct.
I was surprised and learned something from Trump’s handling of this. I came up within a Fortune 50 company where the feeling was “even a bad settlement is better than a good lawsuit”, and they settled everything they could, so I assumed Trump did too. But he’s correct - when you’re right - you should fight!
Time (not the greatest source. Makes the same claim. The business is defunct.

Back to Trump. The BBB issued a statement to PolitiFact stating Over the years, the companys BBB rating has fluctuated between an A+ and a D-. Investigating further, the site found that the last time Trump University was rated by the BBB in 2010, it received a D- rating. The business closed down that same year. Trump is incorrect insofar as the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative does not currently have a rating from the BBB, because it closed down.
What we do know, from several published reports and archived Web pages, is that the university had a D in 2010 and under its new name, had ratings ranging from C to B, with no ratings after March 2014.
On March 3, Trump tweeted an image of the BBB rating appearing to show an A rating, although a search today on the website shows that there is No Rating. Michael Cohen, executive vice president of the Trump Organization and special counsel to Donald Trump, emailed MONEY a screen grab that showed the photo that Trump tweeted was accessed from the BBB website in August 2014.”
I’m starting to think every student who didn’t receive everything that was promised to them should be allowed to sue for damages. Starting from trade schools up to Ivy League.
“Trump Elite programs” — which typically cost around $25,000 to $30,000 — didn’t deliver. According to the filing, the elite programs failed to follow through on “... access to hard money lenders.”
Which means we can assume it's all lies...
Donald cannot and will not beat Hillary.
Most people who are screwed over by fake schemes don’t sue or protest. For one thing, people don’t have the money to sue like The Donald does. He has special lawyers just for suing people.
Starting in 2005, the company was in the business of selling the masses what they needed to know to make money in real estate.
It wouldn’t be surprising that the company’s students were very successful right on up until the crash in 2008, and, by 2010, still in the aftermath of the crash, disillusioned with their ability to cash in on what had been taught.
They attended the free seminar that had made claims that during the free seminar they would be taught Trumps own secrets and techniques for real estate investing and how to be successful and taught by instructors he had hand-picked, but were instead pressured by very hard sell upsell technics by the instructors who were nothing more than sales people, to purchase additional seminars. The free seminar taught nothing that they had been promised and the hand-picked instructors were not hand-picked by Trump and many had no prior real estate experience, nor was the content of the seminar created, or even reviewed or approved by Trump.

FWIW some who initially completed positive surveys after and many even before even finishing either the free seminar or after they paid $1,495 for a three-day conference, and were considering or had now paid for the Gold Elite Program, were hesitant not to give positive reviews as they felt, especially since the surveys were not anonymous, that it might negatively impact future promises of a mentorship or further instruction and insider information from these same instructors, that never materialized.
New York State alleged that some students felt pressured by their teachers to provide high rankings or were asked to rate the course before they had even completed it.
FWIW Ive attended a lot of 1 or 2 day seminars or even longer training classes through work over the years and never have any of those surveys not been anonymous nor have I ever been asked to complete one until the seminar or class was complete. Sure, many of the instructors asked me to complete one and often ask me to give them a good rating, but allowing me to do so anonymously at the end or on line after the seminar was over and after having received a certificate of completion and a CME if applicable, allowed me to give a completely honest opinion of the course and the instructor.
Any organization interested in honest feedback lets you do so anonymously and only shares the overall rating results with the instructor and not the identities of the individuals who completed them positive or negative.
As to the A rating by the BBB, for one thing, those ratings are pretty much meaningless and Trump University didnt even consistently have an A rating over the years. The BBB is a scam in and of itself.
