Why The Latest Shocking News From The FBI About Clinton’s Emails Indicates She’s Going To Jail
Independent Journal ^

Posted on 03/07/2016 9:20:06 AM PST by Hojczyk

This development is significant for several reasons and points towards potential legal problems for Hillary Clinton in the very near future.

First, Mr. Pagliano would only need immunity from prosecution if he had broken the law.

Second, immunity can only be granted by Federal Prosecutors, so the criminal investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s private email server is far more advanced and serious than anyone in the U.S. Government has publicly acknowledged to date.

Third, the Justice Department would only grant immunity if information that Mr. Pagliano possesses about a more significant crime outweighed the crime that he committed and if it was in the public interest to do so.

It begs the question — What does Mr. Pagliano know that makes him worthy of immunity?

Well, Mr. Pagliano’s connection to the case is that he set up and maintained the email server at Mrs. Clinton’s request, so whatever information he has is more than likely about Mrs. Clinton herself and pertains to the ongoing criminal investigation. To date, the investigation has revealed that Mrs. Clinton and her top aides were found to have sent and received over two thousand classified emails that all went through Mrs. Clinton’s private server in what appears to be a violation of U.S. law. What remains unclear is Mrs. Clinton’s true motivation for using a personal server in the first place.

Mrs. Clinton has publicly claimed that she did so as a matter of convenience. However, her detractors question whether she did so in an attempt to circumvent the federal records act knowing that she was going to run for President.

I’ve been getting e-mails and seeing posts for the last year about Clinton’s imminent arrest

Were any of them from the FBI?

Didn't think so.

What remains unclear is Mrs. Clinton’s true motivation

There in is the out for the Hildabeast, they are trying to say there was no motivation wherein in actuality, motivation is not an element in the crime of misusing sensitive information.

They will indict about two or three staff people, then they will make recommendations as to how to fix this so it never happens again.

The people who were responsible for this will be on the committee making the recommendations.

We've long ago slipped from being a nation governed by laws to a nation governed by lawyers.

It's sad, but our laws have become so convoluted that it really does take a team of lawyers to correctly interpret them. And no way should that be the case.

As just one example, there are evidently many different types of immunity from prosecution (I looked it up, and I still find it confusing). Those different types of immunity give very different levels of protection to the person involved.

I'm amazed today by how many Americans are unwilling to accept pronouncements on matters of vital public importance unless those pronouncements have been uttered by annointed members of the priesthood of lawyers.

I understand what you are saying ... but when a matter of legality and criminal investigation is the topic ... I want someone who deals with legality to comment.

The bottom line is that I want to believe what this man is saying ... I just want someone with more pertinent experience to the problem at hand to give opinion.

If I want to know about football ... I'm gonna ask Coach Ditka ... not Nolan Ryan.

It already has. One granted immunity and the judge has already ruled Hillary’s aides and possibly Her heinous can be deposed. Procedures to be completed by the end of April.

This along with Guccifer’s upcoming extradition to the US for testimony means lots more publicity. Up to know for the mostr part the media has been confusing people over the now you see it, now you don’t nature of classified information. What they haven’t mentioned except for a few sentences is the other part of the investigation into Hillary’s pay-to-play scheme she ran as secretary of state.

The details associated with the two billion dollars she and slick funneled to the Clinton foundations is being detailed by the FBI. Bribery and tax evasion on that scale is going to confuse the peons. OTOH, it’s going to piss a lot more people off.

BTW, that has nothing to do with the twenty million they raked in for speeches.

Or, if Pagliano had information, and the Obama administration wanted to PERMANENTLY REMOVE it from being able to be gotten out of him, if a Republican comes into office in January and desires to prosecute Hillary.

You're right, but please don't spread that around. It might give Obama ideas regarding the illegal immigrants.

Side note (rant): The absolute power to pardon has no place in a Republic, as it is a king-like power. The Founders should have put some sort of check on it, like perhaps giving the Senate a chance to negate a presidential pardon by a 2/3 vote.

That is exactly what the other prong of the FBI investigation has targeted. The Clintons funneled two billion dollars to their foundations. That’s a lot of tax evasion and bribery no matter how you look at it. And that is why Hillary had to have a PRIVATE server.

Valerie Jarrett can’t stand Hilary Clinton. That is the one reason why I believe the Administration might yield to pressure to let the Justice Dept. move forward.

You assume that Hillary doesn't have enough on Valerie and Obama to put THEM away too, if she decides to engage in Mutually Assured Destruction.

I don’t see her going to jail. She’ll either get sick and have to withdraw from public life or ... take a dirt nap. Either will stop being charged, indicted, tried and convicted. Nothing less will work.

I’ll take brain hemorrhage for a thousand Alex.

“conjugal visits”

No need.
Huma will be busy with her new best friends and Hillary will order out for a new fortysomething best friend of her own.

It’s how the mega rich roll.

Very heavy $hit...

Yes it is. I still can’t believe that she will be allowed to get away with all this. If she does, it’s all over and we are truly a detestable, evil Oligarchy.
