I know, I’ve always broiled London Broil in the past, too.

However, the recipes on line are all over the place - broil, bake, grill, etc. Some indicated that’s just what the meat was named and it didn’t have to be broiled - I don’t know.

Like I said, I tried this one with the ingredients I had. It wasn’t bad, just cooked too long for my taste - I prefer medium rare.
