I believe they are all winner take all or winner take most, which is why the rules were changed to favor the GOP-e, where the more liberal states tend to vote for their candidate. Funny thing is, Trump is the most likely to win these liberal states this time.

I was concerned, because in NY I saw Bush, Rubio and the other RINOs leading a few weeks ago.

but most of them are gone now.
