Because they do not go to Cruz rallies as he is not a threat and they are not being told to go.
Lets face it these people have no idea what they are doing or what is going on. these people are just ignorant and dumb who are like a cult and will get told off their masters what to do.

If he had the same lead in polls and delegate count, and the surrounding non-stop media coverage, the protesters would be there. Cavalry rode to the sound of the guns. Protesters run to the cameras, lights, microphones, and vacant eyed morons in makeup.
