The Brokered convention is a GOPe fixed convention.
Even the Trump delegates sent are GOPe operatives who after the first Trump vote will drop him and then vote as earlier ordered to.

You are greatly under estimating the impact of having Donald Trump on the floor during the convention. I know that is not the normal way it is done, but what do you want to bet that one of the delegates from Florida or New York will be Donald Trump? Or maybe Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump will be delegates. Did you see Donald Trump Jr. in Nevada? He could chew Marco Rubio up and spit him out without even breaking a sweat.
