Don't know. He strikes me more as what we used to call "a dumb son of a bitch," except that I believe his Mom was a decent girl from South of the river, in Maysville.
I do not know for sure that he has a low IQ--not necessarily the case with a celebrity. But even if he has a slightly better than average IQ, he would clearly fall into the category of what I call a "dysron"--a person with normal or even slightly above average intelligence, who performs at the level of a moron, because of his fears or compulsions. The Academic & journalistic ranks are full of the type. They hurl ex cathedra sloganized epithets at others, but are totally incapable of actually explaining how normal humans interact for good or ill.
