I think Sanders is honest and sincere.
The problem is what he is sincere about would be an economic and fiscal trainwreck

Yep, he probably thinks that Venezuela is a positive role model. As usual with commies, he probably thinks that they just didn’t do it right-somehow, they never do.
Marx, Lenin, Stalin and Pol Pot were sincere too. The “kids” in this country apparently have never heard about the blessings of socialism in Venezuela.
If we don’t have an electoral revolution, or failing that a physical revolution, this country is doomed to perish under some flavor of Marxism.
