Sounds like an alternative democrat plan to ObamaCare. This plan would leave most people alone (I think) but then have the government pay for those who can't afford insurance. More socialism

We already do.

Nothing new there.

Our country won’t cover every one because people are different.

What works in Europe and Canada won’t work here.

It sounds like competition will lower costs and make more plans available.

As far as pre-existing conditions, I believe this will go to the states with the block grants. If we actually end up not letting people die in the street it sounds like people will get coverage and if they have no insurance they will still get coverage, so I don’t see coverage being denied here for pre existing conditions.
