The No NBC ticket. Maybe Jindal could join for a threesome. Nothing says ‘defending the Constitution’ like ignoring that inconvenient Article II, Section 1 stuff.
They could have a foursome by choosing Haley as VP. Clever propogandists have shown the power of symbols and Alinsky's 5th rule. "Birthers" has had as good a run as "McCarthyism". The NYT and WaPo convinced millions that McCarthy blacklisted their favorite Hollywood stars using his HUAC (House Un-American Activities Commission). No one noticed that Joeseph McCarthy was a Senator and had nothing whatsoever to do with the HUAC, a lie still used by NYT intelligentsia as recently as 2002.
McCarthy was "framed" (a term used by Stalin and his enormous KGB disinformation directorate, bigger than the Soviet Army), by hundreds of KGB agents of influence embedded in our State Department, intelligence agencies and bureaucracies, and by their "useful idiots" in the media. It wasn't just KGB officer Alger Hiss, who, with a little Help, created the UN, or KGB officer Harry Dexter White. Asst. Treas. Sec who created the World Bank and IMF and denied funds to Chang Kai-shek to promote the KGB choice, Mao.
The "Gang of Four", Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Haley deny the Constitution and dozen or so cases that confirm "born on the soil to parents who were citizens at the time of birth", definition, the "never doubted" definition according the 14th Amendment author John Bingham. Anyone willing to intentionally misconstrue the Constitution, the Venus, The 14th Amendment, Minor v. Happersett, Wong Kim Ark, Perkins v. Elg, and many other USSC decisions has no business being near the Supreme Court. Not coincidentally Cruz and Obama share the same Harvard Con. Law Professor, Larry Tribe. Even Larry publically declared Cruz "a hypocrite".
Remember, natural born citizenship has, for over two thousand years, been used to assess the allegiance of a member of a particular society. It doesn't prove that Bill Ayres would not pave the way for a Communist or Islamic revolution. Where a society offers individual freedoms our framers required natural born citizenship for only our presidents (and later, vice presidents). That provision can be amended, but in 26 attempts, 2/3 of the Congress and 3/4 of the states have never wanted to do so.
