Trump seems to have spread his money everywhere, as a social network and thus smart business strategy ... This is really common among the big guys. It has far less to do with ideology than with ensuring access to political power if and when it is needed for business interests

People talk about politicians being owned by donors. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a POTUS who was an owner and not an ownee!
