Well said.
that is very much overstated
Obama got elected because he was the FIRST black president, he was elected by LIV voters!!!! Are you accusing Trump supporters of being LIV voters!!!! I am behind Trump because he is self funded I AM SICK TO DEATH of bought and paid for politicians, they are OWNED !!!!!
If Trump made a ad with a total, complete, one-hundred-percent premeditated, malicious lie, I’d stop backing him.
Don’t ask me to reiterate the lie Cruz promulgated in exactly this way. I laid it out for you once already, and you shrugged it off.
Pot, kettle.
“My question stands: What would Trump have to do, for you to stop supporting him?”
Let’s see.
He’s said there’s no room in his life for political correctness.
He’s pro-second amendment and pro-life.
He’s pro-military, but anti going off on stupid wars we have no business being in.
He’s determined to build a wall and bring manufacturing back to the U.S..
He and his family will bring class and prestige back to the White House.
He’s said if he wins his attorney general will look into bringing Hillary Clinton to justice.
I guess if he came out and said all those things are lies and he was just kidding. Maybe that would do it.
But that’s not very likely to happen, is it?
It ain’t over till the fat lady sings. These are weird times and the corruption in DC is paramount. Other than that...China might just hack in and give the election to hillary.
Delegate math: Trump has clearest path, but here’s how he can still lose
Radio talk hosts run a huge risk of backlash from listeners. Their audience is as split over the candidates as America is. I can understand why they wouldn’t endorse.
VERY, VERY, GOOD answer THANK YOU!!!!
Wow... good for Trump...
Can you do delegate math though?
Because, if you can, you would see that Cruz is NOT some insurmountable amount behind Trump.
In fact, he is right on his coattails. If the party consolidates, and Rubio gets out, its game over for lil’ Donnie boy...

You’ll notice, Texas does not have its congressional districts tallied up yet...
I went and counted them on the Secretary of State’s website: Cruz takes 74, Trump 31...
This race is a LOT closer than the MSM wants you to believe...
As the adage goes, don’t count your chickens before they hatch...
‘That Constitution very clearly states that to be eligible to serve as President a person must be a natural born citizen.
How can you support someone who is not?’
Out of 100 senators, Cruz was the ONLY one who held hands with Beck and threw a welcome party for the never-ending horde of foreign invaders. His supporters say that is sheer coincidence, and has nothing to do with the fact that Cruz is foreign born himself.
Yeah, right.
Beck’s organization is financing Cruz. He’ll be hijacking Cruz’s campaign from now to its end. Money talks.
Cruz WILL NOT end up with all of Rubio’s support you are dreaming!!!
If you force yourself to be removed so that there can be some semblance of civility, Cruz supporters who are rational are going to miss you even less than the Trump guys.
We have a representative government. Every politician acts on our behalf in backrooms. It is what we elect them to do. Our founding fathers knew this and that is why at the state level most had requirements that a representative was a Christian. It was believed that as a Christian, they knew they had to answer to God. Today, so many Christians define their own God that that test is no longer helpful.
There is little doubt that Trump is a good negotiator. Even now he is setting himself up with future negotiations with our trading partners, with congress, with the media and even with the culture. His handling of his campaign has been a wonder to me. He has keen instincts and preempts attacks like no one I have witnessed before.
But to the heart of your question, yes I am concerned about what he will do in the back rooms. That is why I hesitate. But as I said, each day that he goes through the gauntlet that no 70 year old billionaire needs to do I believe his motives has to be what he perceives as the good of the country.
As far as I know he hasnt said he will restore the guarantees of the Constitution; hes said instead that everything is NEGOTIABLE.
You are not in business. That phrase is used often before the start of any deal. The true meaning is that the person who says that is attempting to make the other person comfortable and to drop their guard and do likewise on their own non-negotiables. I have no doubt that Trump enters every negotiation with full knowledge of what he will not negotiate. What we as voters try to do, is get a sense of what he believes are not negotiable. Trump has attempted to tell us some of these things by publishing his position papers. He needs to walk a fine line between telling us what are his constants and leaving the door open for those he will be negotiating with as president. So for your question, I'm back to what is Trump's motive. What can be accomplished by personally running for president that he could not have bought by funding another candidate. As each day passes, I'm more certain his motives are truly "make America great".
Do either of those things give you pause?
of course.
“If Trump eventually turns out to be our nominee, my position could then very well be: all those who would rather let Hillary take the presidency should probably post elsewhere. Not silencing them, but they can post their diatribes on some other forum. RedState would probably be happy to take them on.
I am getting pretty sick of the same couple dozen people continuously posting their anti-Trump bilgewater 24/7 every damned day and stirring up endless flamewars.
This will end. That I promise you.

Thank God, and Thank You Jim.
Give all his money/wealth/assets to charity, then try to get rich off bribery , lobbyists, selling off US land to foreign investors, and giving aid to our enemies while in office.
Last night Cruz launched into maniacal diatribe against Trump and begging his fellow losers to join him.
The problem with that is, he didn’t say ‘join me so WE can be the nominee’, just the opposite ‘ join me so I can be the nominee’.
If I were one of those guy’s, I’d think ‘we are already losing’ so if we join you we would STILL be losers but we would losing to you instead of Trump.
Cruz can still win.
