Minnesota loves being "diverse" which is a joke for one of the most lily-white states in the country. But there are many hard-core liberal Lutheran churches which just *lurve* resettling Third World immigrants.

In Maine we have card ballots which are marked with magnetic ink pens. They can be counted either by machines or by hand.
