During an interview for Face the Nation, host John Dickerson asked Republican presidential candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) if he would consider accepting the vacant spot on the Supreme Court after the sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. This comes after Republican presidential candidates and Republican members of the senate have vowed not to approve anyone President Obama nominates during his last year in office.
"That is not a job I'm interested in." Cruz said and added, "The job I'm interested in is appointing 3, 4, 5 Supreme Court justices, is defending the constitution."
The Texas senator vowed that as president he would reverse the damages done by Barack Obama and that he would be "faithful and vigorous defending the constitution."

Not during the primaries. Ask him again when Trump is the nominee.

Now we know there are two jobs Cruz isn’t interested in: 1, SC Justice, and 2, the Senate job he was voted into, and continues to a collect salary for.

Reich is a character witness for Trump. That’s why I’m voting for Cruz. The only thing I believe about Reich is that is very wrong on just about everything.

Six months ago this was considered an asset around here. FR has evolved.
I'm not sure I can agree, his deception on his definition of Natural Born Citizens proves he can not be trusted at any level of authority.
Class and style are among the many things that must be cast aside to be a Trump supporter. Add to that principles, morals, values, decency, and conservativism.
I wonder if part of the reason has anything to do with the fate of the late Justice Scalia.
