From what I found, yes, MN is proportional with a 10% threshold, so IMHO, even if Marquito wins the most votes, he may not get that many of the 38 delegates
and the only thing that matters - delegate tally

I hope Trump doesn’t cut some deal with Cruz. Cruz is a snake in the grass and I wouldn’t trust him not to sabotage Trump at some point along the way if he were in the administration.

I think he is a phony, professional politician, and with this speech tonight, after DJT congratulated him kindly and spoke NO ill of him...Ted just screwed any chance of President Trump recommending him for the Supreme Court or to any position...
I like Cruz when he entered the race...with in one month I left his side and went with Trump, for I am sick of insiders...as are millions and millions of Americans..
and as usual Ted is giving a victory speech after winning three states...and he should win Texas, it is the state he represents in Congress..

I think Trump was simply being gracious. Now that he’s running and he sees how hard it is, he was paying Cruz a compliment. But you’re so right! He’s not only a snake in the grass, he’s a viper in the bosom. I’m calling him Ratso Rizzo from now on ‘cause that’s who he reminds me of.
