Fortunately, most of the ZOTTING has gone, except for the most egregious cases. Many good conservatives left during those days. It does mean that we have to suffer through some silly threads.

And codified in USC Title 8 Section 1401 - Nationals and Citizens of the United States.
Subsection G of that code states that a person born outside the US to one citizen parent, who meets certain other requirements, is a citizen at birth and does not need to be naturalized.
Further, Title 8 section 1101 - Definitions, subsection A part (23) defines naturalization as only occurring “after birth”.
Thus a person who is born a citizen and has never been naturalized is naturally born a citizen.
But, but, but, there are insistent blogs claiming otherwise.
It does become rather simple when you go to the legal documents and read it. Amazing that the argument lingers. Thanks.
