Why bring down Rush because they tried to sway him?

We know the likes of Grahamnesty are devious, but it does not mean Rush should be lumped with them.

For me, calling Rubio a deep throated conservative is very telling. We've all known this to be false since the Gang of Eight presser.

Rush is an “elite” in that with his wealth and connections, he is always being chased for endorsement for public office, books, etc. As such, he has accepted some invitations and denied others. For the ones he accepts and agrees not to reveal the other participants and content, it does not mean that he in anyway was in agreement with what was said.

As to the meeting we are talking about, it was with powerful members of Congress and a business mogul. It’s obvious from his subsequent radio actions that he is not in favor of amnesty in any form. It is to his credit that he can attend such and present his point of view, and take away from it understanding better, but not supporting, the viewpoint of the opposition. I do not consider him “compromised” for the mere attendance at such a private meeting.

As for Little Marco, what has been revealed the past several months as to his duplicity and actions, especially with regard to both illegals and legal immigrant visas, make him completely unacceptable as a presidential candidate. Early on I was impressed, but his lack of work accomplishments, his missing votes, and his failure to support Americans losing jobs to H1B immigrants have led me to strongly oppose his candidacy.

Rush has been covertly trashing Trump this entire election. He even told us who we have to vote for if we’re conservative, it’s Cruz or nothing.

Then he tries to paint Rubio as a “full-throated conservative”.

I think he was swayed. That or they have something on him (think Sandra Fluke dust-up as warning) and he’s aware they can destroy him need be.
