Mike Huckabee's remarks follow his daughter Sarah Huckabee Sanders becoming a senior adviser for the Trump campaign last week.
Trump dodged questions about Duke’s support during an uncomfortable interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper last Sunday. The outspoken billionaire has repeatedly denied he appreciates Duke’s support in the GOP presidential primary.
Duke urged listeners on his radio show to back Trump last week, adding that supporting Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas) instead constitutes "treason to your heritage."

We all know that “racist” is the desperate, final cry of the losers of the debate.
I would be totally amazed if they DIDN’T use the race card as their dying cry.
The race card has been so overused it means very little. When libs don’t get their way, or, are losing the argument, out comes the race card.

I find it absolutely amazin that David Duke, of whom no one has heard from in something like 25 years is suddenly a “news” item. Why? He endorsed Donald Trump!
Since it is too early for Clinton and the DNC to start planting the “He is a racist” stories in the MSM, I figure this is a RNC planted story. I think they dug Duke up and paid him a few buck to endorse Trump. Then with a clink of their scotch fill glasses damn near broke their arms patting themselves on the back for being so clever.
Remember when we both were supporting Rick Perry and someone found a rock on Perry’s property that had a painted over racist term on it? Remember how unfair we thought it was when Perry was called a racist because of that rock that had been there many many years? You don’t mind employing those same tactics now in order to try to taint someone. I have been so disappointed in you. Your mission is to tear down another candidate and not to build up your own candidate.

Exactly. This is exactly how the Noise Machine works. So instead of talking about policy or philosophy the press will beat this drum for the next week and a half. Its their job; misdirection, change the subject, flood the airwaves with fluff to displace any actual information. Like cereal boxes full of air and empty calories.
Actually, I think it is way worse than that. This is Mississippi bad. Yesterday Cruz was saying DT must be hiding something if he doesn’t turn over tax records, then added it could be something to do with the mob? Now this lame tweet. This is bad, very very bad.

Agree. If Trump is a vulgarian for his attacks on Carson, Cruz, Rubio, et. al., how can similar attacks on him from Cruz and Rubio be any more acceptable?
If it is so apparent to Cruz and Rubio that the trend is clear that they will not be the Republican nominee, why do they conduct themselves in such a manner that it may harm them politically perhaps permanently?
Notice Perry, Walker, Jindal and Fiorina? They bow out and basically keep quiet and don’t burn bridges. I can’t explain Cruz and Rubio’s conduct in making these kind of very strange attacks. Doesn’t make sense to me.
