Funny how Cruz was totally supported and praised as the good guy he literally is, before Trump came along with all his lies and propaganda BS.
I used to think it was only liberals and Democrats that were vile, illogical and full of venom, but those so-called conservatives (and yes, I call them so-called, because you are not really a conservative if you support Trump) are more viscious than any Dem, Lib or progressive I’ve ever come across.
It’s sad to see so many viscious people on FR. It’s sad what has become of this place, IMO, I didn’t realize nationalism and populism were conservative values, but apparently at FR, they are.

If that is what they want to do in the privacy of their Rally Thread, then let them do it. Cruz rally threads are for Cruz supporters, and Trump Rally Threads are for Trump supporters.

I can not wait for this election to be over and we ALL get BEHIND whoever is elected. I understand what you mean and wish people would stop being so nasty, of course my bad experience has been with Cruz supporters. This election is bringing out the worst in everyone and it just is not right. We are all on the same team - just have different favorite players.

There is a time and place to fight back, but this isn’t it. Jim has asked FReepers to respect the rally threads of each candidate and to not be disruptive. There are many Trump supporters that like the sanctity of Rally Threads to get away from the constant attacks and flaming. I don’t want that taken away because we can’t respect other Rally Threads. There are plenty of threads to discuss and fight back, but Rally Threads aren’t it.
I agree with you and will respect it by not posting negative things in this thread, but it sure happens a lot on Trump rally threads.
