Well, if you have absolutely no hope of turning Texas into a Democrat stronghold in the "normal way".......then you either ship in voters (ie captured illegals)......or you destroy Texas from the inside by flooding it with possible radical Muslims.
A more telling number is 3,100 in San Diego, San Francisco 5. Or maybe Phoenix 1,459, LA 490. By and large, conservative areas get more "refugees" and liberal areas.
The real delimiter though is that areas with more clout in the democratic party generally get fewer "refugees" than places with less clout - Nancy Pelosi in SF - 5, Maxine Waters et al in LA - 490.
If Houston is a ghetto area, then they are being imported to keep housing occupied and schools full (as productive people flee). I suspect Texas is a target because there is a large pool of taxpayers (corporate and individual) to which these parasites can be attached. Houston won’t foot the bill, Texas and federal taxpayers will.
