If Houston is a ghetto area, then they are being imported to keep housing occupied and schools full (as productive people flee). I suspect Texas is a target because there is a large pool of taxpayers (corporate and individual) to which these parasites can be attached. Houston won’t foot the bill, Texas and federal taxpayers will.
Same w/ Maine. These Somali Muslims were relocated there and are busy getting all the freebies they can get....notice the identical bulging plastic bags.

I’ve been saying pretty much the same thing, for a while, now.
That thought first came to mind when I saw all of the apartment buildings going up, all around the Houston suburbs. I speculated that the illegals and low-income housing folks would be ‘coming out of the shadows’ and living in these newly designated Section 8 (compliments of you and I) deluxe apartments. That made way for the ‘refugees’ - who are just happy to be here - to move in to the inner city, LIH.
